Farming the Hypercube legendary artifact in Stalker 2 requires strategic preparation and exploration of fire anomaly fields. Among the best locations, the Cement Factory near the Chornobyl Power Plant offers promising results, though drops are not guaranteed.
The Zaton area features two notable spots: the southeast fire anomaly field near the Boiler location and the Circus location.
While the Boiler location occasionally spawns artifacts hidden within rock walls, success rates for the Hypercube remain low.
In contrast, the Circus anomaly field, also in southeast Zaton, is the most efficient option due to its double artifact spawns and safer southern approach. Make sure to quick save beforehand
Cement Factory Fire Anomaly Field
Start by heading to the Cement Factory, located near the Chornobyl Power Plant. Quick-save about 150 meters away, then approach the fire anomaly field. On my first attempt, the Hypercube dropped right away, though this may not happen for everyone. To demonstrate typical farming strategies, I tested several other locations.
Southeast Fire Anomaly Field at Boiler Location – Zaton
Head to the southeast corner of the Zaton region. From a safe vantage point, quick-save, then proceed to the fire anomaly field. Stay elevated until you’re close to the artifact to avoid unnecessary damage.
Artifacts here sometimes spawn within rock walls, but you can “fish” them out by carefully aiming and interacting. After 15 attempts in this area, the Hypercube didn’t spawn for me. However, it’s still a decent farming spot if other areas are unavailable.
The Circus – Best Fire Artifact Farming Spot in Zaton
The Circus location, also in southeast Zaton, is the best location for farming fire-based artifacts, including the Hypercube. Here’s why:
- Double Spawns: This anomaly field spawns two artifacts per run, giving you twice the chances of obtaining the Hypercube.
- Approach from the South: Trust me, approaching from the south side is safer and more efficient.
Quick-save, then head into the anomaly field. It features dangerous fire geysers, so proceed cautiously. Even during a storm, this spot delivered results. On my 10th attempt, the Hypercube finally dropped.
