Season 1 of Call of Duty Black Ops 6 has introduced an exciting new feature—Directed Mode—to both Zombies maps. BO6 Zombies Directed Mode aims to guide players through the Easter egg steps while adding a mechanic that changes how rounds progress. If you check the top-right corner of your screen, just beneath the round number, you’ll notice a new round cap system. This cap limits progression until to further through the map and, complete all of the Easter egg steps. The new mode can be exploited to farm XP and Camos. When you reach the round cap, the game replays the same round repeatedly. Zombies will spawn with the same health and in the same numbers. While this seems like a downside, it creates the perfect scenario for farming XP, weapon camos, gobble gums, and field upgrades.
On the Terminus map, follow all the steps of the Directed Mode until you unlock the Computer Room. After unlocking the Computer Room, clear one full round inside. When the second round starts, step outside the room, save your progress, and exit the game.
Upon reloading, you’ll spawn either inside or just outside the Computer Room. If outside, quickly run back in. Once inside, you’ll notice that zombies only spawn from two directions—left and right. Position yourself near the doorway for maximum efficiency. This location allows you to quickly eliminate zombies while controlling their spawn rate.
Continue farming zombies and progressing the round cap until around Round 13, when Manglers begin to spawn. If you’re targeting Opal camo challenges, consider advancing to Round 14, as Manglers will spawn more frequently during this stage.
