After you unlock the door, you’ll find a key on a coffee table next to a photograph, a hammer, and a bottle of alcohol.

After getting the key, head back to the intersection and make another right. Head to the first door on the left, and you’ll be able to open it. You’ll also get a prompt that states “Signal Detected”.
Enter the room, and you’ll find a bunch of items and mannequins in the room. Now, make sure you head into the settings and turn the subtitles on. Afterward, interact with the radio. You have to tune the Amplitude and the Frequency of the Radio to match the waves on the oscilloscope or screen. Turn the amplitude till it’s at 3 PM or slightly more. Turn the Frequency till it’s at 10 PM or slightly less than the amplitude knob.
You’ll now hear a radio transmission which is different for different playthroughs. The radio transmission will mention a few items in the room. Look for the items using the black light and they’ll be marked with numbers. Memorize the numbers in the order of the radio transmission. For me, it was the ashtray, Ancestral Crest, Couch, and Chair. That’s four items marked with four different numbers that you need to memorize or write down. For me, it was 8935.
Now, it’s time to crack open the safe. Head upstairs and go into the bedroom with the safe on the left. Enter whatever code you got and congratulations, you’ve opened the safe. Well, I did. You’ll get the “Safecracker” Knife Weapon Blueprint and 1000 dollars to upgrade your Safehouse. You’ll also unlock the Rare Achievement “The Puzzles, Mason”.
